About the Masjid
The mosque currently provides services such as islamic classes, social activities and community outreach programs.
The Jama Masjid POS was built and donated to the Muslims of Trinidad and Tobago in 1942 by Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim. It stands out as a monument to the recognition of the religious and spiritual needs of the Muslims of Trinidad and Tobago. The land on which the masjid was built was donated by the late Haji John Muhammad and Abdul Sabga.
